When installing rubber plastic insulation materials, the following points should be noted:
1. All gaps and seams require special adhesive bonding and sealing.
2. After installation, all tees, elbows, valves, flanges, and other accessories should reach the design thickness.
3. Do not use too much adhesive when bonding. All interfaces between materials should be bonded under slight pressure.
4. When installing, first the large pipe, then the small pipe, elbow, tee, then the straight pipe, and finally the valve and flange.
When installing cold water pipes and refrigeration equipment, glue the gaps between the two ends of the rubber plastic pipe and the iron pipe together, and the bonding width should not be equal to the thickness of the rubber plastic material.
6. The gaps in the pipeline should be installed as inconspicuously as possible, and the gaps between the two pipelines should be staggered with each other.
7. Do not install the machine during use, and do not open the device within 36 hours after installation.
8. Due to packaging, the large diameter rubber and plastic pipes have become oval shaped. Please cut the flat side when cutting.
2： Correct use of glue
1. Shake the container before use to evenly distribute the glue. In actual installation, please use a small can of glue to prevent it from evaporating too quickly. If necessary, pour the large can into the small can, and seal the opening of the can when not in use.
2. Use a short and hard brush.
3. The natural drying time of the special adhesive is 3-10 minutes, which depends on the grade of the adhesive, the temperature and humidity of the atmosphere, and the exposure time exceeding 20 minutes is invalid.
When using glue to dry naturally, the correct method for measuring dryness is the "finger touch method". Touch the surface of the adhesive with your fingers. If your fingers do not stick to the material surface and the material surface is not sticky, it is considered stuck.
When bonding, simply align the two surfaces of the bonding interface and firmly secure them.
6. Usually, special glue cannot be used below 5 ℃. When working in an environment between 5 ° C and 10 ° C, please place the glue in a room with a temperature of 20 ° C and remove it if necessary.
When connecting two materials under pressure, there is no need to wait for the glue to dry. First, use the wet bonding method to place the material in the installation position, apply glue on the material interface, and then adjust the position of the two materials correctly. Soon, it will firmly bond together according to the position you designed.
