In the new year, we hope to work harder and provide customers with higher quality products! According to the national regulations on the Spring Festival holiday, taking into account the domestic epidemic situation, and bearing the sense of social responsibility of enterprises, the Spring Festival holiday time and the company's welfare arrangements for employees are as follows:
1. From February 11th to 17th, 2021, there will be a 7-day compensatory leave. Working on February 7th (Sunday) and February 20th (Saturday) is the Spring Festival holiday, and working on February 19th (the eighth day of the first lunar month) is normal.
2. For non local employees who do not go home for the Chinese New Year, the company will provide a red envelope of 500 yuan per person.
3. From February 1st to February 28th, 2021, the salaries of all employees in the company's workshop will be calculated based on double the daily base salary for working hours (for the entire month of February).
Suzhou Epidemic Prevention No.1 Notice:
1、 If it is unnecessary for people from medium and high risk areas at home and abroad to stay in Jiangsu and return to the Soviet Union, if they really need to return, they must report in advance to the community (village) and work unit where they live, and strictly implement 14 days of centralized isolation medical observation. After the expiration of the centralized isolation period, they must implement 14 days of home isolation observation. During this period, they must not leave their homes, and cooperate with COVID-19 nucleic acid testing as required.
2、 Individuals from low-risk areas in cities (municipalities directly under the central government as districts) where medium to high risk areas are located should proactively report to the community (village) and provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 7 days. For personnel who cannot provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 7 days, they must be transported by special vehicle to the sampling service point for sampling and testing, and wait at the designated location. Only when the test result is negative can they flow in an orderly manner.
In response to Jiangsu's policy of not leaving the province before and after the Spring Festival, the company celebrated the Spring Festival locally. We hereby propose incentive policies to encourage non local employees to sacrifice their homes for everyone and celebrate the Spring Festival on site.
